Verse 27 At the end of these days, from the eighth day on, the priests are to present your burnt offerings and fellowship offerings on the altar. Then I will accept you, declares the Sovereign LORD. We are accepted today because of Jesus being the perfect burnt offering. He is the only one that could be.

We must stay focused on the Good News. We are sinful by nature, so we are drawn to boasting. It is really awful. Although, we want to help others and share what we learn. It

Verse 20 So he measured the area on all four sides. It had a wall around it, five hundred cubits long and five hundred cubits wide, to separate the holy from the common. It was difficult before. The Holy things were seperate and safe in the temple. Now our bodies are the temple of the Holy Spirit. We need to take care of our bodies, what we listen to, eat, see, hear, etc. We need to be sure not to grieve the Holy Spirit. I need to spend time with Jesus, in his Word and pray

Verses 19-23 The acts of the sinful nature are obvious: sexual immorality, impurity and debauchery; idolatry and witchcraft; hatred, discord, jealousy, fits of rage, selfish ambition, ascensions, factions and envy; drunkenness, orgies, and the like. I warn you, as I did before, that those who live like this will not inherit the kingdom of God. But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control. Against such

Verse 4 And he measured the length of the inner sanctuary; it was 20 cubits, and its width was 20 cubits across the end of the outer sanctuary. He said to me, "This is the Most Holy Place." Make sure to be in fellowship with Jesus daily. We are the temple of the Holy Spirit. We need to be gentle and pure and all the good fruits that come forth when we are living on the mountain of blessings. Then we will want to live to please God and not man.

Verse 26 But the Jerusalem that is above is free, and she is our mother. For it is written: "Be glad, O barren woman, who bears no children; brake forth and cry aloud, you who have no labor pains; because more are the children of the desolate woman than of her who has a husband." We have Jesus. We have been set free. The ones who don't accept Him are still in bondage to rules and sin.

Verse 45-46 He said to me, "The room facing south is for the priests who have charge of the temple, and the room facing north is for the priests who have charge of the altar. These are the sons of Zadok, who are the only Levites who may draw near to the LORD to minister before him." As we know today, our bodies are the temple. We let a Jesus shine by obeying Him and sharing/living the Good News and His Word. With nature, facing south is towards the sun and facing north is not

Verse 25 now that faith has come, we are no longer under the supervision of the law. Before people had to follow rules, but now Jesus died for our sins, was buried, and rose. We are saved by that once and for all. We just need to accept Him. If we want to grow up and are tired of the old ways, that is. We want purity. We aren't saved by following what God says, it is what Jesus did for us as a gift that we can never work for.

Verse 27- When I have brought them back from the nations and have gathered them from the countries of their enemies, I will show myself holy through them in the sight of many nations. It reminds me that sometimes that good thing stops and everyone spreads out. Then we come back together and we know that God did that for his glory and we give Him praise.

Verse 16 know that a man is not justified by observing the law, but by faith in Jesus Christ. So we, too, have put our faith in Christ Jesus that we may be justified by faith in Christ and not by observing the law, because by observing the law no one will be justified. The truth stands that we are saved when we accept Jesus died for our sins, was buried, and rose. We are not saved by being a good person. Verse 23 And so I will show my greatness and my holiness, and I will make myself known in the sight of many nations. Then they will know that I am the LORD. LORD means Jesus. God is magnified through our lives whether we choose to let Him or not. We are either good examples or bad examples. We are either for Him or against Him. He will have His way.

Verse 24- And they praised God because of me. I would like people to praise God because of me. How they see that I was a sinner in God set me free. He helps me everyday by changing me. I fall short, but He lifts me up. He does that a lot for me because I am nowhere close to being perfect like He is.

Verse 12 Therefore prophesy and say to them: "This is what the Sovereign Lord says: "O my people, I am going to open your graves and bring you up from them; I will bring you back to the land of Israel. Only the LORD can lift us up. I need to remember it all is Him and for Him. He has plans and it is to draw us to Him.

Verse 10 This is why I write these things when I am absent, that when I come I may not have to be harsh in my use of authority- the authority the Lord gave me for building you up, not for tearing you down. Sometimes we need to be tough and bold to people. It is in love to get them to wake up and snap out of sin. Sometimes we need that done to us. It is very rare though. Verse 21 I am afraid that when I come again my God will humble me before you, and I will be grieved over many who have sinned earlier and have not repented of the impurity, sexual sin and debauchery in which they have indulged. I want to keep changing when I read the Bible. I don't want to grieve anyone around me. I have been grieved by others lately and I pray they read the Word, wake up, repent, and obey God.

Verse 36 Then the nations around you that remain will know that I the LORD have rebuilt what was destroyed and have replanted what was desolate. I the Lord have spoken and I will do it. Sometimes it has to get this way when we became carnal and forgot Jesus. Then we lament and are sorry and God fixes things in a new way. It isn't people who do it. It's God.

Verse 21- To my shame I admit that we were too weak for that! Paul is being sarcastic again. Putting up with abusive people is not right. Being abusive is not ok. Letting abusive wolves participate in ministry is wrong. This is why it is important that churches know everyone before they let them have positions. We do need to stand up and tell them it's not ok what they are doing. We need to stand up and tell the ones allowing it that it's not ok. I guess that's why there are

Verse 4- I will turn your towns into ruins and you will be desolate. Then you will know that I am the LORD. When people hurt others on purpose and especially when they are in a poor state, that is something God doesn't like. He promises there will be judgement.
