Verse 30 When the priests and Levites had purified themselves ceremonially, they purified the people, the gates and the wall.

Leadership can't help if they themselves have not gone to Jesus for forgiveness. If they are out of fellowship with Jesus then how can they help their people? This is why it's important to have Jesus my leader because people fail me. Jesus doesn't fail me. He is always available and waiting for me. He is my dream come true that completes me and fulfills me.
