Verses 2-3 Obey the king’s command, I say, because you took an oath before God.   Do not be in a hurry to leave the king’s presence. Do not stand up for a bad cause, for he will do whatever he pleases. Make sure to obey God's leadership because they are people and people are not nice like God is. Also, mostly God says so.

Verse 19-20 Wisdom makes one wise person more powerful    than ten rulers in a city.   Indeed, there is no one on earth who is righteous, no one who does what is right and never sins. I don't think any of us are powerful because it is God who directs people. Anything that looks like power is God for His purpose to glorify Himself.
