Verse 9 You who are young, be happy while you are young,

and let your heart give you joy in the days of your youth.

Follow the ways of your heart

and whatever your eyes see,

but know that for all these things

God will bring you into judgment.

The thing with Solomon, is He is not in line with God. He hasn't met Jesus yet. He only knew so much and possibly forgot all that God has done to forgive. Today we can be covered by Jesus' blood. We can say sorry directly to Him. We don't have to work for salvation. We will want to obey.
