Verse 16

These are the things that you are to do: "Speak the truth to each other, and render true and sound judgment in your courts; do not plot evil against your neighbor, and do not love to swear falsely. I hate all this," declares the LORD.

It sounds like they lived a lifestyle of lying and having favoritism in the courts. It sounds like the world today. It is evil. There is no sound judgment; the leaders do not have godly discernment.
