Romans 5 God's Rules Shows Us We Are Sinners for Our Benefit

Updated: Sep 25

We are born into sin. It is just the way it is. When Eve sinned, we inherited sin. Let's just get real here, if she didn't do it first then it would have been me. It doesn't take too long when we are back in fellowship with Jesus for us to sin again. It is because we are imperfect. We are made in His image, but we are not God. He already knew this when He created us. This is why He already made a plan to send Jesus as our substitute; He stood in our place. God sees Jesus instead of us and we are IN. His blood covered and saved us; we are forgiven. We are justified which means God sees us just as if we never sinned because of Jesus dying for our sins, being buried, and rising. We see that we sinned still. It so we can share what learned with our brothers and sisters. The rules are there for order. They are there, so we can be proven that we cannot keep them all. We cannot earn our way into a relationship with God. God gave a gift to us named Jesus. We either accept the gift or reject Him. Do not let yourself think we can't be forgiven. He is there for the purpose to help you and not harm you. He is for you and not against you.
