It's a place where one waits for judgement to be executed by God. The decision has already been made.

Don't allow ourselves to keep sinning, but say sorry to Jesus and stop, so we don't have to end up with bad consequences in this life or eternally separated from God. Accept Jesus as Savior and LORD.
