Hosea 11 I Am God and Not Man

Verse 9 I will not carry out my fierce anger, nor will I turn and devistate Ephraim. For I am God, and not man- the Holy One among you. I will not come in wrath.


We deserve to be wiped out, don't we? But God is rich in mercy and kindness to His children. He isn't going to destroy the entire nation of Israel. He never has. They still won't believe as a nation that Jesus died for their sins, was buried, and rose. They will after the tribulation.


On the other hand some of them have and so have we. When we get out of the will of God, He does chasten us, so let it happen. Things will get better. We can heal while spending time with Him and obeying. We deserve hell, but Jesus came to the rescue.
