Hosea 10 High Places Destroyed

Verse 8 The high places of the wickedness will be destroyed- it is the sin of Israel.

We are supposed to make the altar simple. It isn't supposed to be fancy. It's supposed to be clear. It isn't to be the law. It isn't to be added things to it. The Good News today is, Jesus died for our sins, was buried, and rose. It's what happened to get us forgiven of our sins once and for all. Jesus was buried because it shows our sins are done with and God died. He rose to show He really is God. People do not come back to life after three days. Jesus did! Jesus also did not sin. He was perfect. When we do things our own way; it is pure wicked. We will have to pay for the consequences.

Do this instead of the evil:

Verse 12 Sow for yourselves righteousness, reap the fruit of unfailing love, and break up your unplowed ground; for it is time to seek the LORDA, until he comes and showers righteousness on you.
