Verse 9 But we see Jesus, who was made a little lower than the angels, now crowned with glory and honor because he suffered death, so that by the grace of God he might taste death for everyone.

Jesus became like us, so that he can experience being tempted so he can help us and also to conquer death, so we never have to. He took our sins, we just need to accept what He did and agree we are sinner in need of Him to be our Savior and LORD.
