Verse 5 "Look at the nations and watch- and be utterly amazed. For I am going to do something in your days that you would not believe even if I told you.

Because there was a mix of evil with the followers of God, He was preparing for the Babylonians to come and attack. Don't worry the enemy will be in trouble too. Everyone will bow down before God whether they want God or not.
