Galatians 6 Boast About The Cross

Verse 13-14 Not even those who are circumcised obey the law, yet they want to be circumcised that they may boast about your flesh. May I never boast except in the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ, through which the world has been crucified to me, and I to the world.

When we focus on the law, it is to boast. We must stay focused on the Good News. We are sinful by nature, so we are drawn to boasting. It is really awful. Although, we want to help others and share what we learn. It is a very thin line that easily gets crossed. To sum up this Book of Galatians, be in the Word, obey God, enjoy life, and we will magnify Jesus in our lives.
