Verse 36 Then the nations around you that remain will know that I the LORD have rebuilt what was destroyed and have replanted what was desolate. I the Lord have spoken and I will do it.

Sometimes it has to get this way when we became carnal and forgot Jesus. Then we lament and are sorry and God fixes things in a new way. It isn't people who do it. It's God.
