Verse 15- It will be the lowliest of kingdoms and will never again exalt itself above other nations. I will make it so weak that it will never again rule over the nations.

I don't understand much, but God wasn't happy with Egypt. Egypt is a type of the world. The nation of Israel went to them for help and they were unreliable and didn't keep promises. This means that Israel was in bondage and in sin having ties with them. They were not supposed to depend on them. They were to depend on God alone.

It always comes time to pay consequences on both parties when we do not trust in the LORD alone.
