Ezekiel 22 Build Up, Stand Up

I looked for a man among them who would build up the wall and stand before me in the gap on behalf of the land so I would not have to destroy it, but I found none. So I will pour out my wrath on them and consume them with my fiery anger, bringing down on their own heads all they have done, declares the Sovereign LORD. -Verse 30-31

Apparently Ezekiel wasn't enough. I think God takes His people seriously that claim they are for Him. There were other's that came to them and they didn't listen. Listening is taking action. Today it is spending time with Jesus in prayer and in the Word. It is repenting and getting in fellowship with Jesus. It is growth and giving honor and glory to God in all we do. It is sharing the Good News that Jesus died for our sins, was buried, and rose. It is not going backwards, but being all in with Him.
