Verse 3 Do to walk together unless they have agreed to do so?

It's true. God also stops things for me. I know He is the one who does it. See in this verse?

Verse 6 When a trumpet sounds in a city, do not the people tremble? When disaster comes to a city, has not the LORD caused it?

Sometimes it's to chasten and sometimes it's just to protect me. I'm His daughter, so whatever happens it's to keep me growing closer to Him.
