Verse 12 In fact, everyone who wants to live a godly life in Christ Jesus will be persecuted, while evil men and imposters will go from bad to worse, deceiving and being deceived.

It goes on to say, that we know that we are saved by Jesus and we need to keep staying in Scripture and learning because we need to be corrected and rebuked and trained in righteousness. Then we'll be equipped for every good work.

Keep running the race to receive the prize. Remember what Jesus did for us and say sorry quickly when we do sin. Stay in fellowship with Jesus.
