Verse 28 Absalom ordered his men, “Listen! When Amnon is in high spirits from drinking wine and I say to you, ‘Strike Amnon down,’ then kill him. Don’t be afraid. Haven’t I given you this order? Be strong and brave.”

The Bible says do not listen to evil people that hurt others. It is not heroic to hurt others or to get even. God says vengeance is His. We don't do that. David knew what his son had done and didn't say anything to correct him and make things right. It is not ok to hurt women.
