1 Timothy 1 Wander Away and Meaningless Talk

Verse 6 Some have wandered away from these and turned to meaningless talk. They want to be teachers of the law, but they do not know what they're talking about or what they so confidently affirm.

Stay away from meaningless talk. It's a distraction from Jesus and His grace. It's the way of the world going down rabbit trails and causing division. If there is no point in paying attention to these people who talk about the law then there is no reason to pay attention to people that make a living off lies. They will fade away. They will be snuffed out in due time. Leave it to God. Stay focused on the Word.
