Verse 16-18 Be joyful always; pray continually; give thanks in all circumstances, for this is God's will for you in Christ Jesus.

This chapter gives us a lot of clear instructions. One way we can know we may be out of fellowship with Jesus is if we aren't joyful. Even in the storms, we can be content in the Lord. Our cups can still overflow. We just need to take time to pray and praise God. It may take a minute, but it is possible.
