1 Samuel 21 Trembled

Verse 1 David went to Nob, to Ahimelech the priest. Ahimelech trembled when he met him, and asked, "Why are you alone? Why is no one with you?"

It wasn't normal for a kings servant to be alone. It was out of the ordinary and brought fear to the priest. When I saw the word "tremble", it made me look I to why. David let fear get the best of him. He knew already that he would be king and he still ran. Then he acted like a crazy weirdo in front of his enemies. It just keeps getting more ridiculous. Lots of lies and masks. This could have been avoided. I don't think he prayed and/or talked to the priest about why he was really there because of fear.
