Yet for us there is but one God, the Father, from whom all things came and for whom we live; and there is but one Lord, Jesus Christ, through whom all things came and through whom we live.
-1 Corinthians 8:6
In reality there aren't any real idols. It's like us playing make believe, but it is a deadly sin, a grown-up nightmare. It's a strange thing, but there is a spiritual world that we cannot see; it has something to do with that. The main focus is this verse, so we stay focused on Jesus. When we do that, we do not get puffed up or blue in the face. We can humble ourselves for each other, both weak and strong Christians. Although weaker Christians, that are immature, have a harder time doing that. We all take turns being those two types at different times in our lives.
