But if we judged ourselves, we would not come under judgment. When we are judged by the Lord, we are being disciplined so that we will not be condemned with the world. -verse 31-32
Before we partake in celebrating the Good News that Jesus died for our sins, was buried, and rose, we are to make sure we are in fellowship with Jesus. Then we will be able to celebrate it with our Savior, the body of Christ, and share it with the world.
When we do not judge ourselves before doing anything for the Lord, we put judgement on ourselves. I have been there many time. I need to slow down and remember this mandatory step, to say sorry to Jesus before going further.
