Stop picking at people. The LORD keeps us blameless, so why play the blame game? That means we are out of fellowship with God and we need to get right with Him. Stay away from people that think it is normal and ok to pick on people and look down on them. They are a bad example. Go find Christians that are busy having fun and (loving) serving others.
